I was born and raised in North Carolina and for as long as I can remember, I have always loved helping people and learning as much as I possibly could.

I have a BA in Chemistry (I know..don’t ask) from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. After I graduated from college, I had a variety of jobs in different fields but the one that I loved the most was the time I spent as a Teacher Assistant. This is when I realized it was possible to take the love I have for helping others and turn it into a career. Even after I left that position, I have always had the desire to return to a career that would allow me to do one of the things I was truly passionate about.

And then I was introduced to the wonderful field of Instructional Design and it was love at first sight. The more I learn about Instructional Design and e-Learning Development, the more I realize this is exactly where I was meant to be.
